立夏，是二十四節(jié)氣中的第七個節(jié)氣，夏季的第一個節(jié)氣。自此風(fēng)暖晝長，萬物繁茂。夏收作物年景基本定局，故農(nóng)諺有“立夏看夏”之說。立夏一至，植物茁壯繁茂，時令水果登場，可以嘗盡鮮美。

The beginning of summer is the seventh solar term in the 24 solar terms and the first solar term of summer. Since then, the days become longer and warmer and all things flourish. The outlook for the summer harvest is essentially set, hence the old saying "The beginning of summer sets the tone for summer harvest”. With the arrival of this term, plants grow robustly, seasonal fruits come into season, and one can fully enjoy their freshness.
